Well, it was Joseph Goebbels who once said that if you tell a lie big enough, and long enough, people will come to believe it - for a while. Not all Republicans may subscribe to that theory but the so-called "birthers" sure seem to do so.
That's not to say that Hitler's propaganda minister is entirely analogous to Donald Trump, but close. However, when you hear that Sarah Palin is now actually starting to question if OBL (Osama bin Laden) is indeed dead, one begins to wonder if she isn't taking her tactics from Herr Goebbels.
What can you expect from someone who has accused the president of being "pals with terrorists"?
